Spread as much avocado as you want on a piece of toast then top with honey, hemp seeds, and some freshly squeezed lemon. This is my favorite one!
Avocado Toast with Strawberries & Balsamic Glaze
Spread as much avocado as you want on a piece of toast and top with sliced strawberries then drizzle with balsamic glaze!
Avocado Toast with Pico De Gallo
To make the pico de gallo, combine 1 tomato, 1/2 red onion, 1 jalapeño, and juice of a lime. Add salt and pepper to taste. I also put a little bit of olive oil in mine.

Tex Mex Avocado Toast
Spread as much avocado as you want on a piece of toast then top with sweet corn, black beans, and freshly squeezed lime juice. Drizzle hot sauce and sprinkle some salt.
