Sriracha Honey Salmon & Brussels Sprouts

Sriracha Honey Salmon & Brussels Sprouts

This may have been the best salmon I’ve ever made.. the pictures don’t do it justice at all! It tasted so good & was cooked just right. The marinade in this recipe is the perfect combination of spicy, sweet, and savory. The ingredients are the same for both the salmon & brussels sprouts, just in different amounts. I think next time I will try it out on some chicken 🙂

If you’re looking for an easy, healthy way to prepare salmon -> you’ve found the right place!

For The Sriracha Honey Salmon

  • salmon filets, skin on [I bought a lb and made 2 types of salmon because I wasn’t sure the boyfriend would like this recipe.. he wanted some after he saw it]
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp water

1- In a bowl, add garlic, soy sauce, honey, sriracha and water. Stir to combine.
2- Place salmon in bowl skin side up. Let sit for an hour in refrigerator.
3- Take salmon out of the marinade and discard the marinade.
4- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
5- Place salmon in baking pan with cooking spray
6- Place in the oven and cook for about 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
7- Serve with a sprinkle of green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.

For The Sriracha Honey Brussels Sprouts

  • brussels sprouts [however many you want]
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

1- In a small bowl, combine the sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Stir and set aside.
2- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coconut oil in followed by the brussels sprouts. Saute, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes.
3- Pour in the sauce mixture and evenly coat all of the brussels sprouts. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and allow to slightly cool before serving.
I chose to serve my salmon & brussels sprouts with some rice pilaf! Not gonna lie, I had seconds later in the night 🙂
I hope you get a chance to try this recipe out!
