Monday Motivation #4

I’m feeling much better about things since my last post. Negative thoughts aren’t clouding my mind anymore. I’m almost at peace with my decision to hold off on going vegan for now & I finally feel back on track with my diet. I’m actually excited to be training which hasn’t been the case for at least 3 weeks. Chicago is just 6 short weeks away. Although I’m not where I need to be, I’m confident that I will get there. All in all, things are heading in the right direction and I’m thankful that I’m finally getting out of my slump!

On that note, here’s some motivation for your Monday:
