I decided that I wanted to do my first #WIAW post! I don’t think I will be posting this every week, but I’m excited to join in on the fun. It’s interesting to see what other people, especially runners who are training for fall marathons, are using to fuel themselves up with. I’ve gotten some good ideas already!
WHAT I ATE WEDNESDAY
I’m still struggling with hoping on the 5am train. Some days I get up and run, other days the snooze button is my best friend. Slowly but surely I will be fully committed. Breakfast (Freckled Fact: I can’t say this word right so I try to avoid saying it around people who’ve never heard me say it) this morning:
Chocolate vegan protein powder + banana + soy milk + ice and avocado smash w/ hot sauce on top… hit the spot! I <3 avocado.
Next up -> snack time #1! I had almonds that I didn’t take a picture of because I was in workflow consulting all day and didn’t bring my phone with me. Since we did have to be in this ‘training’ all day, my company bought us lunch!
Veggie sandwich and salad that had the best dressing ever! Some type of sesame dressing. I had more salad after I took this picture.
